All of our classes are appropriate for beginners and intermediate yoga students. Look out for special sessions offered monthly.
 
 
Weekly Sessions
 
Yoga Wake-Up: 60 minutes
 
Stretching is important for stress relief, digestive improvement, and preparing for the day. Concentrating on stretching, this class fuses physical exertion with meditation - expect to feel rejuvenated after this class.   
 
Yoga Workout : 60 minutes
 
Combining meditation and physical movement, Hatha Yoga Stretch employs various poses, breathing exercises, and control. Expect to break a sweat, but to leave feeling calm and at one with yourself.
 
Sunset Session: 60 minutes
 
Nothing's more breathtaking than a Florida sunset. Monday's are usually the day for this class... primarily because Monday's rarely give us a minute to breath and appreciate life after the weekend. Highly meditative, this class will cure any case of the Monday blues.
 
 
Special Sessions
 
Champagne Sunset Session
 
Every once in a while we treat our Yoga participants to a champagne toast at the end of our regular Monday Sunset Session. It's the perfect ending to a class and the best way start to your week!
