To fully benefit from your Yoga At The Beach experience, please prepare accordingly.

What To Bring
- Sunblock
- Water
- Beach Towel (Standard Will Do, Oversized Is Better)
- Yoga Mat (Optional)
- Hand Towel (Optional)
- Open Mind
Considerations
First and foremost, listen to your body. Everyone is different, each day is different! Remember to push yourself appropriately, never to the point of pain.
Please come 20 to 30 mintutes early to sign in and work out any Registration issues.
If you must leave during a session, please do so before final relaxation (about 10 minutes before class is over).
To maximize your spiritual enlightenment, please remember to turn off your cell phone or any other disruptive device before class begins.
