Our classes are held at two locations: Red Reef Park East and Red Reef Park West (also known as Alan C. Alford Red Reef Family Golf Course), located between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway, north of Palmetto Park Road and south of Spanish River Boulevard, on U.S. Highway A1A (North Ocean Boulevard) in Boca Raton, FL

Yoga done naturally...
Through our own practice, we have found that yoga classes are best done in relaxing and natural environments... we find the parks and beaches in Boca Raton, FL to be some of the most exquisite backdrops around.
Offering outdoor yoga classes on the beach and overlooking the Intracoastal, Yoga at the Beach is appropriate for both beginner and intermediate yoga students. Each month, we offer full moon yoga classes, sunset yoga classes and workout yoga classes. You can drop in or become a member any day of the week. Children aged 12 and over are also welcome to attend.
