We are conveniently located between Spanish River Boulevard and Palmetto Park Road on A1A in Boca Raton, FL. All of our yoga classes are held at either Red Reef Park East (on the beach) or Red Reef Park West (overlooking the Intracoastal).

 

During the summer months, most of our classes are held on the East side (beach) at sunset. During the winter months, they are mostly held on the West side (park) for lighting reasons. Both have breathtaking views and make for a perfect platform for yoga.

If you're joining us at Red Reef Park East, enter through the gate and take a right at the first stop sign. Follow the road until you come to the end and park in that lot. Use the entrance to the beach and we will be on the right. You can't miss us, look for yoga attire!

If you're joining us at Red Reef Park West, simply park in the lot closest to the park. Walk towards the Intracoastal and we will be near the water under a large shade tree.
